Got groped in metro as a guy and i feel disgusted

I never thought I’d be writing something like this.
During rush hour, an older man standing behind me kept deliberately pressing himself against me. I tried moving away multiple times, but he’d do it again. As he got off at his station, he intentionally groped me and disappeared into the crowd before I could confront him.
Ever since, I’ve felt disturbed and disgusted. The worst part is that I feel disgusted with myself, even though I know it wasn’t my fault. I keep replaying the incident in my head, wondering if I should’ve reacted differently. It also made me realize, even if only to a small extent, how violating this kind of experience is and gave me a completely new perspective on what so many women have to endure.
