Switch 2 can’t connect to internet for setup?

Just got a new switch 2 and I can’t even seem to set it up. It keeps saying “network communications aren’t available” and gives the error 2110-1118. I followed the steps to power cycle the console and my WiFi router several times but it just isn’t working. I tried to enter details manually, it still won’t connect. I tried to use my phone hotspot and still nothing.

I bought it off of Amazon. Is my only hope to return it, or is there some fix I’m missing?
