What is your favorite sci-fi book series?

I’m new to sci-fi and have only read Andy Weir’s The Martian. I enjoyed The Martian and seeing Mark solve his problems using his knowledge of botany, physics, computer science, and rednecking his way to survival. I think the Remembrance of Earth’s Past and Hyperion Cantos will be fun reads alongside Andy Weir’s other books.
