Who would you cast to play Goole in a movie?

I know this might not make sense to some people, but honestly, I think David Arquette would make a great Inspector’ Goole. He has the voice, the looks, the walk, and he’s played a police officer before in the greatest horror franchise ever created. What do you guys think?
