Why do White people who aren't Greek talk as if they are?

They'll even say "we" and then proceeds to have a UK or Finland flag in their name. Who's we? They aren't your ancestors. Greeks even had a history of disliking Northern Europeans and favoring non-Europeans like Egyptians and Persians more.
