Couple requested Photoshop hair loss on groom.

Small wedding went extremely well, couple loved the photos delivered but asked if is it possible to photoshop hair loss on the groom. Not a big deal, not many images , but is the 1st time someone asks me this. Should I go there? Charge extra? How would you habndle this?
