Which condo building for a 3-night stay: Playa Azul vs. Marina Lanais (Fajardo) vs. Vereda del Mar (Rio Grande)

Hi! I need to reserve an a place to stay for the stared dates on my itinerary. I was planning on Playa Azul condo, but I got a little nervous about it needing structural repairs. Also nervous about noise from construction? Anyone know anything about that??

Day 1: Old San Juan

Day 2: Drive to Cieba, take ferry to Vieques, biobay

Day 3: Vieques via jeep

*Day 4: 3pm ferry back to Cieba

*Day 5: El Yunque

*Day 6: Cieba ferry to Culebra, same day return

Day 7: Old San Juan, Condado Lagoon, Royal SonestaDay 8: Fly home
