I'm paranoid about an old account being traced to me, how likely is it

I had a following only nsfw pixiv and separate twitter, random name and secondary gmail not used much, I lost access to the Gmail and I assume Google would auto delete it fairly soon. It was purely following and liking but I heard some services can connect old socials through just IP/device fingerprinting/cross site trackers. Am I being paranoid or is that a legit worry
