Art communities/evenets/meetups?

Does anyone know any locations that do frequent art meetups? Im looking to make friends who are into drawing, painting etc. Im open to any from queens, brooklyn, and manhattan.

Its hard making friends at my college especially since my degree isnt even art related and many leave straight after classes.
