Atome Reversal/Refund

Hi everyone! I need some advice regarding my Atome refund.

I filed a refund request for an insurance transaction, and the merchant has already provided me with a chargeback letter confirming that the refund is being processed. I contacted Atome and sent them the chargeback letter, and they advised me to wait up to 45 days for the refund to be reflected.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did it take for the refund or reversal to appear in your Atome account?
