Company Partnerships –how?

Hello po,

I hope you can help me. I am just new sa industry and working alongside with the recruitment team.

Given sa recruitment requires exposure of our company in all applicable ways. I was given with a task kasi na to seek and reach out to business na pwede maging partner ng company namin. Let’s say where we plan to provide coupons to our qualified candidates or seek partnership where our employees can get discounts. Those kind of discussions when partnering with merchants.

Id like to ask for help if what are the good thing to provide to these companies to agree with us, what are the possible discussions, best way to get their attention and more. To be honest, I am so new to the industry and first time working in this field so I don’t have much idea paano siya in a realistic way.

I’ve done my research but I wanted to see how you professionals do it on your own ways. I would appreciate the help and your advices.
