What is acceptable attire when working from home in Teams Meetings (cameras on)

Traditionally I haven’t been wearing suits/formal shirts unless it’s an important meeting and it’s been smart/neat casual but recently I’ve had people join in hoodies or even those oversized Oodies (kind of looks like PJs)- is this the new normal?
