Need multiple meeting between the MCs and the casts for better suggestion

i know the host are funny and they have good chemistry so was wondering how would it be if the MC/panelist also had a psychiatrist there like in the earlier season of HS3&4..also i wish if they could have had at minimum 3-4 meeting with the casts i know they are all busy but wouldn't multiple meeting be necessary coz just meeting them once and calling themselves as the the casts love coach isn't it baffling.. also 3-4 meeting can also helps the coaches to better know the casts better and give good suggestion as they can see the changes and what may still needs to be increased on..
