Started Table for 4 a month back. No app, no big group hangouts — just 4 strangers showing up for dinner, chai, or badminton. Zero rupees spent on ads, all organic so far.

Not going to pretend it’s been smooth. People confirm, sound genuinely excited — and then go silent as the date gets closer. Some ghost right after confirming. A few no-show even after paying.
