Anyone been to 13 bends recently?

I'm mainly referencing the Campbell's Run Rd location in Harmar (I know another location is Coulterville Rd near McKeesport). I'll like to go there but I read the road is now a private road so has anyone gone there recently? Is the road blocked off? (I read its blocked where there's a mine but I believe thats the end and then yiu turn around). Can you still drive through the bends and hope not to get caught? I don't want to risk dealing with a vigilante owner or cops getting called on me. I also read the road is narrow so has anyone ever gone there and had to deal with another car coming from opposite direction? Chances are slim but just wondering. Has anyone also gone by themselves?
