Is the US site for the Hope and fear deluxe edition down?

Whenever i click on the deluxe edition it brings me to a 404 error page. I'm unsure if it was intentional or not because I thought it would say if the pre-orders for the US were sold out instead of the page being gone but still having external links to it. Anyone else having this happen to them?
