The last spot in the Memphis SF goes to 23-year-old Czech Darja Vidmanova, as she overcomes Katie Volynets in three sets. This is her sixth SF of the year overall (4 125s and 1 W100) but her first at tour level.

Vidmanova will now face off against Renata Zarazua with the winner to make her first tour level final.
