I made the mistake of watching too many film analysis videos before seeing the movie, so unfortunately, not a lot surprised me

However there was this detail I caught that I haven’t seen anyone talk about

Her name in his cell phone is “Nicky 😘😘 Freaky Nicky”

The first scene in the movie establishes that she has the nickname Freaky Nicky but she hates it because it traces back to school bullying

So the fact that he KNOWS it’s a name she dislikes but he had it saved as her contact in his cell phone tells me a lot about how much he respects her.
