Can anyone figure out the chord progression of this piano improvisation?

I came across a guy on TikTok improvising on one of his own piano pieces, and I absolutely love it. I’ve been trying to recreate it by ear, but I’ve hit a wall.

I can figure out some of the notes, but there are sections I just can’t make out, and I also can’t quite tell what pattern his right hand is playing. If anyone could help me figure out the chord progression or transcribe just the first minute, I’d really appreciate it!
