Social Worker

What is the Social Worker’s responsibilities at a Memory Care Facility? I emailed the SW some questions…like 8 of them. I have asked the Nurses some of these questions and they said to get with the SW. The SW answered one question on the reply and included 5 other people on the reply. Crickets…
I don’t see the business office (finance) would know or even want to attempt to answer some of these. When my LO was admitted, the SW told me to let her know if I have any questions or concerns. Trying to navigate this has been stressful.
