Derm said I had trichostasis spinulosa but didn’t explain further :(

Hello all, I went to the dermatologist recently and got told I had trichostasis spinnulosa. They explained what it was (briefly) but didn’t explain how to treat it. Google says to have a solid skin routine but I already have one and it’s still very present. All help appreciated thanks.
