Is the flow device just not usable in the usa?

According to the web site it isn't even available yet, and will require a prescription. My next thought was buying one from Europe but I'm hearing they might be geolocked? Has anyone in the us successfully used one? Its pretty ridiculous the hoops I have to jump through to use something that's over the counter in Europe. I thought they were supposed to be the careful ones lol
