i need help with account recovery

okay so i have an account that i made with an apple id email that is no longer valid. like it doesn't exist, i can't access it, it just doesn't work. i have the username and password for this account but when i log back in, the security prompts me to confirm its me using the apple id that i can't access. for some reason, the email that is linked to the billing of this account doesn't receive the codes. is there a way i can hack this or jailbreak it??? i spent a lot of money on this account.
