Bottles that are actually slow release?

My girl is impatient with a Dr. Brown preemie. But a 1 in AVENT, Dr. Brown, and the slowest flow nipple on Tommee Tippee are TOO fast. She's wearing half the bottle. HELP! Has anyone had this problem? What bottles are you using for the transitional phase?
