Farthest left incision irritating me

I had a robotic supracervical hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy. In layman’s terms I kept my cervix and ovaries and ditched the rest. 3 week post op said everything looks good and I was cleared to return to normal activity as long as I pay attention to what my body is telling me.

I have 5 small incisions, there are 2 on each side with a slightly larger one bellow my belly button. I expected my belly button one to bother me still, it’s a larger deeper cut and had the most movement. What I didn’t expect was that the farthest left incision would irritate me so much more, it’s itchy, it doesn’t like any pressure on it, regardless on if it’s external or internal pressure. Medically it matches the other 3 and there are no problems, but it is easily becoming the bane of my existence. I had plans for tattoos in this area and yeah I was planning to wait until they are more than completely healed but I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to sit for a tattoo in that area with how sensitive it’s become 😭
