Hi! - An “alt” black girlie here! I plan to have all my services done here—do hair dying services include funky colors?

Planning to go back to blue now that my natural 4B hair has pretty much grown out! Is there a place to include notes for the stylist? I was looking on the site but didn’t find anything. I’d hate to get there and be turned away. I don’t mind bringing my own dye (if it’s allowed) since I want a specific shade. Any info is welcome!
