This Is A Stupid Question

I’ve been watching for years at this point and I still don’t understand wtf the big deal is when fighters are sitting on the cage celebrating. I know why they don’t want them jumping off doing back flips but just sitting or climbing over? Sometimes the suits just put them in more danger by tugging at them. Some definitely put in more effort than others. Is there some sort of rulebook I need to read about stuff like this?
