How difficult is DIY fencing?

100 feet, maybe 1 corner, attached to neighbors fence, probably not chain link, instead we’d have the metal spiky pole kind. Dunno if that would make things easier because I wouldn’t need to use the special tool to tighten it.

I know it would need concrete but couldn’t I just mix that in an old crappy wheelbarrow?
