how can i find my bio dad’s court/arrest record and his location and time in prison

so my bio dad got arrested last year (location: texas) and i was around questioning my siblings and one of them said he was getting 13 years according to a google search despite my stepmom saying that he was getting 20 years (which is the typical time for his charge)
