Need help with something

So I 13m is dating 15f and it about for a month I think we should break up but honestly I can’t we made a commitment saying we have to wait for a whole year before breaking and even then it just she deserves better I’m not saying I’m worthless just saying she to kind and deserves a better person to date and we haven’t talked for a few days and honestly it just stress me out dude any suggestions to make it better
