Possible firefighter helicopter spotted near Bursa

Hello and sorry for ask something that's odd, but a friend of mine sent me videos from her room showing a helicopter with what seems a bucket for firefighting and like 4 minutes later a propeller plane flying in the same direction. They seem to be going south or southwest (checking on google maps and just guessing, it seems like in the direction between Balikesir and Dursunbey).
I can't find anything on the news (that's translated to English at least) and there's no posts on r/turkey that mention it.
Does anyone know what's going on?
