[FO4] The Midnight Ride modlist alternatives for GOG?

I would like to play the game with a Vanilla+ modlist, and only own the GOG version of the game. Unfortunately, The Midnight Ride specifically says that the GOG version is unsupported, and shouldn't be used with their list.

Any recommendations or alternatives?
