How do I find players good enough to win the champions league with?

I’m in season 7(?) of my Viking save and, after being forced to sell a lot of first team players, including the absurd Brazilian wonderkid from one of my other posts, I have $380 million in the bank, almost 100% of which is available to spend between my transfer and wage budget if i desire. The issue is, I’m struggling to spend the money. It’s so ingrained in my head to look for bargain wonderkids to the point where my record transfer is only about $20 million, and my highest paid player is on $2.7 million per year (my entire payroll is 32 million for my entire squad + the 100 players in my loan farm.). I just don’t really know how to find players worth spending, say, 50 million on.
