Advice on creating a nursing learning system.

Hey friends. I'm a nursing student in Australia. The bills and nursing fees is so expensive and hard to manage especially during placements.
I've been thinking of creating an app that nursing students and universities can use to learn clinical skills. It will include interactive games and different case studies and will force students to use and learn clinical judgement. I've not yet started working on it.

I would appreciate any advice on how it can be properly executed, what kind of learning material should i put, etc.
