I don't know what to do after losing one of my works which I have been working on for months!?!
I've been working on my own commentary for a while. Over time I have changed platforms, BibleGateway, Google Docs, then Microsoft Word, then I switched to Proton Docs, then I have switched to LibreOffice. For reference, I usually take ~1-2hr for 6 verses (which has/had become the good amount for me), and I end up writing ~300 words on average, sometimes less, sometimes more, so overall 100-500 words (500 is rare though). And, yes, I am also using other commentaries and the Greek (I haven't gone to the OT, also it's easier since I was learning NT Greek). But anyways, I was switching to Linux Mint, and then I was switching from OEM, and then I lost all my stuff, not even just that. This is just the biggest thing. I haven't done it in awhile though, because of procrastination, ADHD, burnout, etc. Now that I think about it, I did not delete the stuff on BibleGateway, so that's a plus, still I have lost stuff. I just don't know what to do or how too feel? I don't know if this is just something to really tell me that I should just stop doing this, because right now I'm already struggling to do easier stuff like read my Bible in general, for like 30 minutes. So 2 hours to me is hell. I have been working on this for months, gone through three of the shorter Pauline Epistles, and was halfway through another (Eph, Col, Phil, and was working on Gal). I'm not mad right now, and it happened hours ago, but when it first happened I was geeking out. But, anyways, should I just quit it, or maybe like go to some other book, or like what should I do?
