Dupe for the Velina top by Mode Mischief?

Specifically in the baby blue! I am in love, but cannot justify spending $140 on a freaking shirt. So I'm looking for something way cheaper, but with a similar material composition (cotton/modal). If you have any recs, please let me know! (even if it's other colors)
