I need a game with a good villain I haven't played already

I feel like nothing has good villains anymore. I've already played the vast majority of main stream / popular RPGs, your Baldurs Gates, Dragon Ages, Elder Scrolls, Final Fantasies, Pillars, Witchers, etc.

An indie game would be fine, doesn't need to be main stream, I just want a new game with a badass villain that I want to kill, preferably a game with a good story, preferably a good game. I don't need them to be some morally grey faction leader. I don't need them to be some misunderstood tragic figure. I want a Luca Blight/ Kefka/ Jon Irenicus type cool villain that I'll want to defeat.

To summarize:

-Needs a cool, badass villain I'll want to defeat

-Decent game/story

-Preferably not too old of a game

-nothing goofy

-It's fine if they aren't the main big bad as long as they are a driving force in the game (ie Teryn Loghain, Caesar from FO:NV)

-not very mainstream, since if it is I've probably played it already

-expansion villains are fine, as long as they are a carrot to pull me through the game

I know this may be a tall order, but I figured y'all might have some hidden gems.
