I need some help or a mod list for [Fo4]

I just got a new PC and I transferred everything over and the mods were busted when I try to reconnect them via Vortex so I'm starting from scratch. Is there a mod recommendation list that is for bug fixes and performance only. Also I'm using the GOG version.
