Figured this community may have helpful feedback on the external GPU enclosures compared purist Chad subs

So I have this Lenovo Tiny M70Q gen 6 I got from work was destined for the scrapper after multiple BSOD’s pretty high specked. (I7 265T + 64gigs of SODIMM DDR5 5600)Took it home popped in a 2TB Samsung 990 SSD I had in a drawer and it took the OS without issue and has been running fine. Great for computer but not really for gaming without a GPU. I have a 2060 super and 850watt Corsair PSU on a shelf. Was looking at these eGPU enclosure for just under $100~ on Amazon do these work? Are they worth it?

Not looking for high end gaming (I have my office rig for this) more so play some couch co op steam games with the kiddos - Lego games GameCube emulation etc.

What is everyone’s experience with these budget Amazon eGPU holders that hold a PSU and GPU?
