Best way to get zepbound with no insurance

I was working with a local small weight loss clinic that were super flakey. Paid a monthly fee for check ins on top of the medication, but they didn't check in on me and didn't respond when I asked questions. Lost some weight and am now 165 lbs through doing compounded tirzepatide. I don't want to work with them anymore. I was hoping to switch to fda approved tirzepatide.
