Warning about an agency owner
I’ve attached 3 podcast episodes with victim testimony interviews with two people.
There is a nanny agency operating in the Chicago area, Santa Monica California area, and Boston area who has allegedly been harassing other nannies and I have now been a victim as well.
One of these victims I know and had heard her story directly a few weeks ago.
Someone in my state’s local nanny connection group on Facebook had made a post about this agency owner and former nanny. I commented and said I had heard about this person and hope she is stopped. This agency owner was in the comments defending herself as she has a right to do. But then, because I commented, she messaged me directly with long messages again still trying to defend herself and sending me screen shots of her licensure, and of texts between those accusing her. I told her this doesn’t involve me, and I should never have commented and suggested that sometimes silently moving on in stride speaks louder than trying to convince everyone of your side.
She read that message and didn’t respond. 5 days later she messaged me again with more long messages and screen shots once again trying to prove her side, then immediately blocked me but found my personal email address which I had never given her and proceeded to send me many emails. I stayed professional in all my emails, telling her to please leave me alone kindly and that none of this drama has anything to do with me. She did not. She didn’t stay professional and she didn’t leave me alone. I blocked her email.
I have a sleep consulting website for which I’ve never taken clients for yet and hasn’t been in operation, just sitting in limbo and she made a new email account, and reported that website to my states government employment agency stating it’s been unlawfully operating and staffing. Completely false.
I blocked both emails, she then emailed me from an entirely new email with more of the same seemingly manic paragraphs. She has since found me on WhatsApp as well with more of the same harassment.
I share all of this because this has now kept me up at night and I have unnecessary stress and anxiety all because I commented on one Facebook post saying I heard about her. And I’m undeservingly receiving repercussions of harassment and false accusations.
This person seems to be very concerned with proving her name, reputation and convincing everyone of her legitimacy. But it seems that by trying so hard to do that, she is quite literally doing everything that she is accusing her victims of doing. And she clearly will go to great lengths.
I am not the only one she’s done this to, and believe it or not my story is mild compared to her other victims. If any of this sounds familiar to you, maybe we can somehow connect if you’d like. All victims have to be very careful because she makes fake accounts and we all need to make sure that we are safely communicating with genuine victims and not her posing to be someone else.
