Runt question. 11 weeks…maybe 10 lbs. Is that a major concern?

Vet says she’s perfectly healthy just lagging. She had a rough first 2 weeks and was being monitored but pulled through and is growing now. Don’t have an exact weight yet but she’s tiny compared to her sister. Any thoughts here?
