Accenture UAN card BGV issue need advice

So in 2025 a friend of mine who was friends with me like 10years asked me for my aadhar and told me to create UAN, as he needed it for some reason.

The thing is he has a company and he manages it with his brother

And he gets into problem then asks for help

This time. Also he asked and I created UAN and gave him the access without knowing what it is

Now I am joining accenture without working anywhere complete fresher they asked for sending the UAN card. I sent them that

After that I checked my UAN and found out there was one entry where the joining and exit was on same day reason short service and the service status says open.

I am totally scared right now I don't know what to do I have mailed my RM saying I had given access to my UAN to a friend and he may have linked it to someone and please help me get our of this situation.
