Park west

Howdy! I’m deciding between apartments, and I’m a rather light sleeper. One of my options is park west, but the room I would get is the closest to what I’m assuming is a control panel or something..? It’s behind a locked door so that’s maintenance stuff. Do those things make any noice or buzzing?

Thanks!
