Networking + Media server setup in your rig?

How many of you folks have a network setup in your rig? I’m looking to digitize some of our onboard media and serve it through a jellyfish or plex server to an Apple TV. What kind of gear would you all recommend? Ideally I’d like to power everything (minus the Apple TV) from a 12v DC circuit without having to use an inverter. if that’s a foolish proposition do let me know, if you all have any resources to share, that would be awesome. I’m trying to make sure I double check the things Gemini is telling me.
