Feels like period cramps but definitely isn't?

So I've been on T for close to a year and a half, and because of the combination of T and the mini pill I haven't had my period since starting.

HOWEVER the last 3 nights I've had a pain (specifically at night and throughout the night) that feels extremely similar to cramps I used to have before starting my period.

I've experienced this type of feeling occasionally before and even will have stomach issues that feel similar to period cramps, but this seems different? Mostly because it never last multiple nights/days? Usually it lasts a day, max.

I definitely don't think I'm starting my period so I'm just wondering what could be some other causes or if anyone else has experienced this? Its fine, and not majorly concerning, just fairly uncomfortable and impacting my sleep quality a bit.

I have a phone appointment with my hrt doctor in a few days so if it keeps up I'll ask her about it, but I also wanted to ask here to see if anyone might know/relate
