Subclass 500 subsequent entrant. Need help and guidance

Subclass 500

I’m from India, (Level 3). I got admission in Swinburne uni, Melbourne and moved to Aus for July 2025 intake. Finished sem 1. 6 months done. I moved from Swinburne to Victoria Institute of Technology (Private University). Got COE from VIT. Due to some emergency I had to take LOA and defer my intake before attending any classes in VIT. VIT approved my LOA. Issued me revised COE. I left Aus in Feb 2026. I had not mention about my partner anywhere in my Visa application as we were just dating and we did not have any official document to put a tag to our relationship.

She has not mentioned about me in her tourist visa application even as a friend.

I want to apply for student subsequent partner visa for my wife.
She applied for Aus tourist visa when she was unmarried in Aug 2025. It was refused due to weak ties and case officer believed that her income in India wasn’t a strong tie for her to return back after the trip in Australia . She had no international travel history back then. She also applied for Work holiday visa ballot and it wasn’t picked in 2025
We registered our relationship in VIC BDM in Nov 2025.
We travelled to Bali for her first international trip in Nov-Dec 2025 for 15 days.
We travelled together to UAE for our civil wedding in Abu Dhabi during May 2026 - My LOA period.
We had chats together since the time I went to Aus, every day video calls, money transfers between each other in Remitly and wise app, Started staying together from March 2026. And got married in May 2026. Have house tenancy contract on both names .
My dad (Her father in law) will be her financial sponsor. Have funds approx 120K A$ in FDs in India. And also, 8.5K A$ salary every month as he works in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Proofs we have
\- WhatsApp chats
\- Calls history
\- Marriage certificate
\- Wedding Photos
\- Money transfer receipts
\-Photos together since a long time even before I moved to Aus.
\- FDs , Bank statements of sponsor and sponsor declarations
- House rental agreements
- Joint bank account.

Finances, entirely depending on the sponsor (My dad). Me and my wife haven’t saved much personally.
