Best Estate Sale Companies?

I buy a lot from online auctions (including estate sales) both as a reseller and for personal use - but I haven’t been to a local in-person estate sale in years - mostly because I don’t know the pricing/selling approaches of different companies and don’t want to show up to find EBay comp prices on everything.

I’d love to hear from those familiar with the Houston (I’m in Katy) area estate sale companies.
\- which ones price lower? Encourage haggling (not my preference but I’m willing)? Anything else that would be helpful to know before deciding to drive out and battle crowds.

I’m both a reseller (mostly storage units) and personally love curating my home with secondhand stuff. I’m happy to share what I know about local online auction houses (Hibid - Weaster!) - I’m not just here to skip the work. I’m honestly looking for a few things personally (including furniture) and I’d love to hunt this weekend in-person. Thanks!
