Hey everyone!

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my studio apartment at 420 Kent Ave in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The building is one of the nicest luxury buildings in Williamsburg, right on the waterfront, with incredible Manhattan skyline views and easy access to both Brooklyn and Manhattan. You're just a short walk from the Bedford L train, NYC Ferry, Domino Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Equinox, and countless restaurants, cafés, and bars.

It's a $3,500 fee to take over - but will be paid on my end.

**Apartment Details:**

* Modern luxury studio
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Full-size stainless steel appliances
* Floor-to-ceiling windows with tons of natural light
* Central A/C & heat
* Spacious bathroom
* Pet-friendly building
* Professionally managed luxury building
* Amazing amenities (gym, lounges, rooftop, coworking spaces, package room, and more)

The apartment has been great, and I'm only looking for someone to take it over because I'm relocating for work.
