Unplayable input issue since 2024

Hello all,

randomly when playing Rocket League with wireless controller, 10% of my inputs will begin sticking, missing, or being delayed. It makes the game unplayable. It has ONLY EVER affected Rocket League. This issue was the reason I stopped playing Rocket League. The game works fine sometimes then the issue will come back and make the game unplayable. I have installed a brand new bluetooth chip, new PC antenna, I just purchased a third brand new controller, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers dozens of times. The issue only ever happens when Rocket League is running. And it doesn't always happen. Keyboard inputs do not have any issues. I have unplugged the keyboard and tried only controller. I have tried using a wired controller. I have tried enabling / disabling steam controller. I've disabled all overlays, updated all drivers, physically installed new bluetooth components in my computer. I've bought multiple brand new controllers. I have moved my router away from my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Rocket League. I have tried every tip I have ever seen on any forum, and nothing has worked, even temporarily.

Any help at all would be appreciated since I will not be playing this game anymore (for good this time) unless this can be fixed. It is utterly stupid. This really sucks since I have played the game for more than a decade
